Domestic Booking Policy

BuzzinTrips ensures a seamless booking experience for all travel within India. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your trip is confirmed and hassle-free.

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared 15 days prior to the date of departure.
  • ID Proof: Valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) for all travelers must be submitted at booking.
    (Note: PAN Card is not accepted as address proof).
  • Hotel Check-in: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM depending on the property. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • GST: All rates quoted are exclusive of 5% GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Domestic Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. The following refund percentages apply based on when we receive your written cancellation notice:

30 Days or more prior to departure 75% of Total Package Cost
15 to 29 Days prior to departure 50% of Total Package Cost
7 to 14 Days prior to departure 25% of Total Package Cost
Less than 7 Days / No Show No Refund

International Booking Policy

Traveling abroad requires careful planning and adherence to strict timelines. Please note the specific requirements for international bookings:

  • Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to India.
  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of ₹25,000 (or equivalent to flight costs) per person is required to initiate the booking.
  • Visa Requirements: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. BuzzinTrips assists with documentation but is not liable for rejections.
  • Rate of Exchange (ROE): The final price is subject to currency fluctuations. The payment will be calculated based on the ROE on the day of payment.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies and baggage loss.

International Cancellation Policy

International bookings often involve non-refundable components like flights and visa fees. Our policy is as follows:

*Note: Visa fees and Flight tickets are usually non-refundable once booked, regardless of the timeline mentioned above.
