Transparency, Trust & Travel Guidelines

1. Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to BuzzinTrips. These Terms and Conditions govern the contract between BuzzinTrips ("we", "us", "our") and the traveler, corporate client, or representative completing bookings ("you", "your", "traveler", "client"). By booking custom domestic or international tour packages, corporate tours, or romantic honeymoon schedules with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: "Package" refers to custom hotels, transfers, sightseeing, flights, or activities bundled together. "Force Majeure" refers to unpredictable, unavoidable events outside our control (acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, national lockdowns, or civil unrest).

2. Bookings, Quotations & Validity

All quotes provided by our travel designers are based on prevailing hotel, flight, and transport rates on the date of quotation. No bookings are secured or confirmed until the specified advance deposit has been received and cleared by our accounts team.

Quotation Validity Notice: Rates provided in custom proposals are subject to change due to seat and room availability. We reserve the right to offer equivalent alternatives if original selections become unavailable prior to invoice confirmation.

3. Domestic Booking Policy

BuzzinTrips ensures a seamless booking experience for all travel within India. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your trip is confirmed and hassle-free:

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm hotel, guide, and transfer reservations.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared 15 days prior to the date of departure.
  • ID Proof: Valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) for all travelers must be submitted at the time of booking. (Note: PAN Card is not accepted as address proof).
  • Hotel Check-in: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM depending on the property rules. Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and may incur charges.
  • GST Guidelines: All rates quoted are exclusive of 5% GST unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on your confirmation invoice.

4. International Booking Policy

Traveling abroad requires careful planning and adherence to strict timelines. Please note the specific requirements for international bookings:

  • Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to India. Travelers must ensure they have sufficient blank pages.
  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of ₹25,000 (or equivalent to flight costs) per person is required to initiate bookings.
  • Visa Requirements: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate. BuzzinTrips assists with documentation but is not liable for visa delays or rejections.
  • Rate of Exchange (ROE): The final package price is subject to currency fluctuations. The payment will be calculated based on the ROE on the day of payment.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, baggage loss, and trip cancellations.

5. Customer Responsibilities

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to carry valid documentation, check visa requirements for transit destinations, and arrive at transit points (airports, stations) within scheduled hours. BuzzinTrips is not liable for financial loss if you are denied boarding due to documentation issues or late arrivals.

6. Cancellation & Changes Policy

Written notification via email is mandatory for any cancellation requests. The cancellation penalty will depend on the timeline of the request, as outlined in our cancellation schedules below:

Please Note: Visa fees and flight tickets are usually non-refundable once booked, regardless of the timeline mentioned above.

7. Flights, Accommodation Standards & Corporate Terms

Flights booked as part of packages are subject to airline conditions, cancellations, and schedule changes. BuzzinTrips is not liable for airline delays, baggage loss, or schedule adjustments.

All hotels in our itineraries are handpicked based on traveler preferences and budget standards. Hotel star ratings are determined by local tourism boards and may vary by destination.

For corporate clients, we manage all business travel with dedicated support. Cancellation policies for corporate events are governed by the specific group contract signed at confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

BuzzinTrips acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, and local transport operators. We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or additional expenses caused by the negligence of these suppliers.

Under Force Majeure conditions, BuzzinTrips is not liable to offer refunds or compensation if your trip is disrupted by natural disasters, strikes, wars, national lockdowns, or other unforeseen events. We will work with suppliers to assist you, but any refunds are subject to supplier approval.

9. Governing Law, Disputes & Contact

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services or bookings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
